Car cleanliness was a big issue. Spider webs in the car and one of the back seating couldn’t be placed down. Ended up being a 6 seater

Disappointed in the pickup service and the extra $50 charge. Arrived @ pickup zone @5:40pm & called for pickup, only to be advised the last pickup is at 5:30pm, advertised office hours are till 6pm.

Car was magnificent, very economical on fuel and heating was lovely. The staff and shuttle staff were absolutely lovely. I will definitely give them 5 stars on google reviews.

The car was the perfect size for getting around Christchurch. I really appreciated the phone bracket supplied. My only suggestion is that the company invests in a stool to get in and out of the bus.
